Breath Of Fire

Kapalabhati or Breath of Fire is a powerful and rhythmic pranayama technique.

How to Practice Kapalabhati:

Sit Comfortably: In a cross-legged position with a straight spine (like Sukhasana or Padmasana).

Inhale Gently: Take a natural, passive inhale.

Forceful Exhale: Exhale forcefully through the nose by snapping the belly inward (using the abdominal muscles).

Passive Inhale: Allow the inhale to happen naturally as the belly releases.

Rhythm: Start slow, about 1 exhale per second. Gradually increase speed as you get comfortable.
